Privana North offers 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. The size of the 4 BHK apartments is around 3,977 sq. ft., which is bigger than the 4 BHKs in the last two launched projects. The penthouses are 7,714 sq. ft., which is almost 1.5 times larger than those in previous projects. In every way, this project is better when compared to the earlier ones.

The 4 BHK apartments of Privana North were launched at ₹23,500 per sq. ft. These apartments are smaller than the penthouses. The penthouses were launched at around ₹41,500 per sq. ft.
