Payment Plan and Booking Details
The payment plan of the Emaar Urban Ascent is flexible. Only 9.5% of the amount has to be paid within 30 days of allotment, then 10% in 45 days. Get some time for the next payment. If 17 floors have been completed, you have to pay the next 10% payment. The next payment is 20% on the superstructure of the project. The rest amount is 50% which is paid in two installments, 45% on the Occupancy Certificate(OC), the other one is 5% whenever you get possession of your property.
