At around ₹17,500 per sq. ft., the smallest 3 BHK costs about ₹3.68 Cr basic. Prices for bigger homes are shared on request, because the developer has not opened them yet.

Remember, the basic price is only part of the bill. GST of 5% and Haryana stamp duty (7% for men, 5% for women) push a ₹3.68 Cr home past ₹4 Cr. Parking, PLC and club charges add more.
How the EOI and 30:40:30 payment plan work
An EOI (expression of interest) is a token amount that holds your place before units are allotted. Here, it starts from ₹10 Lakhs. However, an EOI is not a booking, and the terms matter more than the amount.
A 30:40:30 plan splits the price into three parts: 30%, then 40%, then 30%. The milestone tied to each part decides how much risk you carry, so ask for that schedule on paper.

Pre-launch with RERA awaited: what it means for you
Right now, Experion Emerelle Reserve has no RERA number. That means the unit count, tower plan, possession date and amenities are not yet legally locked.
So treat every figure as a plan, not a promise. Once registration comes through, verify the project on the Haryana RERA portal and compare it with what you were told. We will add the registration number to this page as soon as it is issued.
Clubhouse and amenities at Emerelle Reserve
Launch information points to a clubhouse of about 70,000 sq. ft. It is expected to include:
